‘Breath for Breath’: a charity yoga event 

 

In January 2018, I was joined by a wonderful group of yogis for my ‘Breath for Breath’ charity yoga event to raise money for two urgently required oxygen concentrators for Kunde Hospital in the Nepal Himalayas. We raised £230 which helped us to smash our fundraising target!
